Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Chandigarh to Narkanda – Arrival & Transfer

Your journey into the majestic Himalayas begins from Chandigarh. As you leave the plains behind, the scenery transforms into winding mountain roads, dense pine forests, and charming apple orchards. Drive through Shimla and continue onward to the peaceful hill town of Narkanda, perched at an altitude of 9,000 feet. Breathe in the crisp mountain air and soak in the tranquil surroundings. If time and weather permit, visit Hatu Peak in the evening for stunning panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayan ranges.

Day 02: Narkanda – Local Sightseeing

Morning: After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing around Narkanda, a serene hill town located at an altitude of approx. 2,700 meters, known for apple orchards, Himalayan views, and peaceful surroundings.

Sightseeing Includes:

Hatu Peak (3,400 m) – The highest point in the region offering panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayas. Visit the beautifully carved Hatu Mata Temple and enjoy the scenic forest drive.
Hatu Temple & Forest Area – Ideal for photography and short nature walks amidst cedar and fir trees.
Stokes Farm / Apple Orchards (Seasonal Visit) – Experience Himachali apple farming and local produce (subject to season).
Narkanda Market & Local Walk – Leisure time to explore the small local market and enjoy mountain views.
Tanni Jubbar Lake (Optional / Time Permitting) – A peaceful lake surrounded by deodar forests, perfect for short relaxation and photos.

Evening: Return to hotel by evening. Leisure time to relax and enjoy the cool mountain weather.

Day 03: Narkanda to Sangla

Continuing on the windy roads, we descend to the Sutlej Valley near Rampur. The road meanders on the rock carved picturesque landscape of Kinnaur along the river banks over Indo-Tibet highway, till you reach Karcham – the confluence of Sutlej and Baspa rivers, where a huge Dam is constructed for Hydro-Electric Power generation. We cross the Dam and continue along the banks of Baspa river to enter Sangla Valley – one of the most beautiful valleys of Himalayas.

Day 04: Sangla to Chitkul – Day Trip

Today, embark on a scenic drive to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Famous for its charming wooden houses, blooming alpine meadows, and panoramic views of snow-capped Himalayan peaks, Chitkul feels like a living postcard. Take a peaceful walk along the Baspa River, soak in the crisp mountain air, and enjoy the natural serenity.
Explore Rakcham village, Kamru Fort, Berinag Temple and return back to hotel.

Day 05: Sangla to Kalpa

After Breakfast, drive towards Kalpa, then ascend through dense pine forests and winding mountain roads to reach Kalpa. Nestled above the Sutlej River, Kalpa is renowned for its breathtaking views of the Kinner Kailash mountain range. Witness a mesmerizing sunset and sunrise over the majestic peaks — a perfect end to a day of exploration.

Day 06: Kalpa – Local Sightseeing

Morning: After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Kalpa, a picturesque village known for its stunning views of the Kinnaur Kailash range, traditional architecture, and apple orchards.

Sightseeing Includes:

Roghi Village & Suicide Point – A scenic drive to Roghi village offering dramatic mountain views and deep valley landscapes. Ideal for photography.
Kinnaur Kailash View Point – Enjoy panoramic views of the sacred Kinnaur Kailash peaks,especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset.
Kalpa Monastery (Hu-Bu-Lan-Kar Monastery) – A peaceful Buddhist monastery reflecting the cultural blend of Hinduism and Buddhism in Kinnaur.
Narayan-Nagini Temple Complex – Traditional wooden temple architecture showcasing the heritage of the region (outer view only for visitors).
Apple Orchards (Seasonal Visit) – Walk through local orchards and experience Kinnaur’s famous apple cultivation (subject to season).

Evening: Return to hotel by evening. Leisure time to relax and enjoy sunset views over the Kinnaur Kailash range.

Day 07: Kalpa to Shimla – Transfer

Drive back to Shimla. After check-in, enjoy a leisurely walk in the Mall Road.

Day 08: Shimla to Chandigarh – Departure

After breakfast, depart from Shimla and drive back to Chandigarh, carrying unforgettable memories from your journey through the Himalayas.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
If cancellations are made prior to 45 days before the start date of the trip, Rs. 1000/- per person will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 45 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made between 44 and 31 days before the start date of the trip, 40% of Tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made between 14 and 7 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of Tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within a week or in case of No Show, 100% of Tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
